Dayuan International High School IBDP International Baccalaureate Program Fee Description

Public system × High-quality international education

Our school is the first public international high school in Taiwan and the first school in Taoyuan City to be authorized by the IBDP. Our school receives substantial subsidies from both the central and local governments for tuition fees, teaching facilities, and various educational resources, significantly reducing the financial burden on students. All fees and subsidies are transparent and open, allowing students to enjoy high-quality international education within the public education system.

DYISH International Baccalaureate Program Funding Sources

Generally, the fees charged include the tuition for the IBDP international diploma program, as well as public high school tuition, miscellaneous fees, textbooks, and various agency fees.

School collection fees

Public high school tuition and miscellaneous fees

  • Estimated amount: Approximately $9000
  • Note: One semester (including public high school tuition of $6240, which may also be tuition-free if eligible).


Textbook fees

  • Estimated amount: Approximately $8,000 to $20,000
  • Note: A foreign textbook costs approximately $1,500 to $5,000, depending on the textbook and the student's coursework.

Generally, there are two charges:

➤ Purchase textbooks in the first semester of the first year of high school

Purchase textbooks for the two-year DP course during the first semester of the second year of high school.


School uniform fee

  • Estimated amount: Approximately $2,000 to $6,000
  • Note: This item is for first-year high school students upon enrollment, and the price varies depending on the number of items purchased.

School lunch

  • Estimated amount: Approximately $6,000
  • Note: Participation is optional and can be taken voluntarily within one semester.


Parents' meeting fee collection

International Diploma Program Fees

  • Estimated amount: Approximately $36,000
  • Note: One semester

Kognity online textbook learning platform fee

  • Estimated amount: Approximately $8500
  • Note: Coverage covers the DP period, and only one payment is required.

Collected in the first semester of the second year of high school, and will be used starting in the 113th academic year.

The above fees do not include international exchange fees, off-campus educational trips, school dormitory fees, etc.
