Dayuan International High School
Taoyuan Municipal Dayuan International High School is Taiwan's first public international high school. Since the 2021 academic year, it has offered a dedicated International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) program, aiming to cultivate students with inquiry skills, broad knowledge, and a caring attitude towards others. In addition to its specialized admissions program for local students, the school also has a special program for overseas students, offered by the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration. This program provides opportunities for the children of internationally-educated individuals with professional skills residing in Taiwan to study the IBDP, fostering language and cultural exchange between Taiwanese students and international students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Our school receives substantial subsidies from both central and local governments for tuition fees, teaching facilities, and various educational resources, significantly reducing the financial burden on students and allowing them to enjoy high-quality international education within the public education system. Furthermore, the school provides student dormitories, ensuring a comfortable learning environment for students with limited transportation options. The location is also convenient, approximately 800 meters from Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station and only 300 meters from the Airport MRT Linghang Station, a mere eight-minute ride on YouBike, making commuting to and from school extremely easy.
